At present, the high frequency welded pipe equipment designed and manufactured by our country adopts the single loop high frequency equipment of the electron tube oscillator. By adjusting the size of the anode voltage of the electron tube, the purpose of adjusting the high frequency output power is achieved. The high frequency welding pipe equipment of the electronic tube is not only low in efficiency and large in volume, but also in need of preheating before use and short service life of the electronic tube.

So the solid state high frequency power supply using power MOSFET to compose high frequency inverter is greatly improved in two aspects of capacity and frequency, besides some special applications, such as high frequency dielectric heating, solid state high frequency power supply can completely replace the high frequency power supply of electron tube, and become the representative of the new generation of induction heating power supply.

Technical features of CXGP-C solid state high frequency welding machine

1. The rectifier switchgear and the inverter output cabinet are designed independently, and the soft cable is connected to facilitate the site layout of the users.

2. Selection of DC chopped wave rectifier to ensure the power factor is more than 0.92, the minimum relative harmonic content; Selection of the 12 pulse thyristor rectifier can eliminate the 5、7 harmonic of grid side and line side harmonic current minimum .

3. The inverter bridge uses power unit superposition to complete the power synthesis, and each MOSFET power unit is designed to be 50kW/100kW/150kW. The power unit is designed to be a slide type drawer structure, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.

4. High frequency welding machine equipment with high standard electromagnetic compatibility design, electromagnetic radiation meet the national standard.

5. The airtight chassis is designed to meet the demanding environment requirements of the user.

Full digital control system

1. The three-phase rectifier is controlled by single chip microcomputer with high performance cost to achieve accurate synchronization trigger, high control precision and small non characteristic subharmonic on the net side.

2. The resonant inverter uses CPLD to form a full digital control system, which is automatically fixed angle, with high phase locking precision and wide phase locked range.

3. The welding machine has the function of electronic automatic load matching, the load adaption ability is strong, the electric efficiency is high, and the power factor is high.

4. The high frequency welding machine has perfect protection function, reliable work and low failure rate.

Man-machine interface and fault diagnosis system
