Brief introduction of automatic production line

1.The main application of electrical system:
All electric control adopts PLC programmable controller, I/O extension unit, PROFIBUS bus, motor driver. They constitute PROFIBUS-DP automatic bus communication control system and complete the whole line of automatic and manual production requirements, set single action and linkage synchronous control and on line monitoring and diagnosis.
2.The main applications:
Electronic control system of longitudinal shear, transverse shear and heavy coil production line of steel plate.
