Technical features of CXGP-B type solid state high frequency welding machine

CXGP-B solid state high frequency welding machine is specially designed for straight seam induction welding. The whole set of equipment consists of inverter unit, AC-DC rectifier unit, central control operating table, heat exchanger, and rectifier transformer.

1、The AC-DC rectifier unit consists of rectifying, filtering and logic control parts. The three-phase fully controlled thyristor rectifier bridge, flat wave reactance, flat wave capacitance, and filtering guarantee the smooth output of the DC power supply, and provide reliable guarantee for the subsequent inverter. It is equipped with an independent control system, and the welding machine can be controlled manually when the external control is invalid.

2、The central control console is equipped with a 7 inch LCD man-machine interface. It can visually display the working state of the welder, facilitate operation and fault inquiries, and achieve a convenient man-machine interaction function.

3、The inverter unit is composed of  parallel connection by MOSFET inverter unit, and the design power of the unit is 50KW. The whole unit is accumulated by stacking mode of building blocks (50-1000kw). Each unit has perfect self diagnosis ability. The overall design is convenient for rapid maintenance. The automatic load matching system does not need to match the transformer. It can effectively balance the working state of the welding machine and improve the production efficiency.

4、The rectifier transformer ensures the stable power supply of the equipment, and has the isolation function with the power grid so as to prevent the interference of the normal operation of other electric equipment.

5、The heat exchanger is responsible for the cooling of the whole power equipment. The cooling way of external water (ordinary water) and internal water (distilled water) is used to increase the service life of inverter cabinet power board. Water water cooling and wind water cooling have their own advantages and disadvantages and use conditions
